Management who claims to care but will talk negatively behind your back. Let's load up, move people from all across the country and then WHOOPSIES!!!! Just kidding. Your laid off. Negative outlook from MAJORITY of employees makes for a toxic workplace. How about you get rid of THOSE people instead of the ones who actually want to be there and make a difference? Instead of getting rid of your technicians who are the heartbeat of your operation, get rid of the 150 people you have sitting in HR that can't even get payroll sent out on time!!!
