Good coworkers and generally friendly people + supervisor (team dependent, of course). For hourly employees, so there's no overtime work and a good work life balance as a result. At the start of my employment, I would have recommended GL but every decision since then has made it a worse place to work as an employee.
Svantaggi
No cost of living adjustments. Salary raise freeze for two years, followed by 2% raise (not even close to covering inflation) Worsening health plan options every year. Teribly unprofessional HR/ for our team would regularly yell at people for asking questions. No growth opportunities. 8 days vacation per year, cannot accumulate more and does not change with seniority.
