Wearing many hats in Operations I had a lot of job versatility, which was always exciting. I coached and enjoyed assisting with the training of all new customer service reps. As Project Manager I enjoyed the challenges of scoping out a project, enlisting the help of co-workers and bringing the job to closure. I also kept my hand, to a lesser degree, in Sales Support and enjoyed working with the Sales Agents on new and existing deals.

Soon after TMC was acquired by Globalinx many of the customer service functions were moved to the New York office which left me with time on my hands. As such, I sometimes had to reach out to other departments looking for things to do to keep busy. Oddly, I then began looking forward to sales and/or support escalations.
