Staring into a computer all day and sitting down for hours at a time is unhealthy.

They have a large number of clients so there are opportunities to get more assignments.

They always shorten the assignments by adding more reviewers because the project manager likes to complete assignments before they are due. Good for client but bad for someone who is told it's a 4 week assignment then ends up being less than half the time, because they add more reviewers. This is the exception rather than the rule. Very difficult to plan budget when this is only source of income when jobs are very hard to come by for new attorneys. Just about everyone gets paid the same amount of money. No incentives, no bonuses, no increase at all, according to people who have worked for them for over 10 years.
