In your team, no previous experience of the role is required so we provide comprehensive training in defined stages to ensure everyone can learn at their own pace. We have a programme that supports agents to progress within their role up to senior level and on to supervisor and team manager, if that's what they're aiming for. Although we're a relatively small team, we're proud of our track record of developing and promoting from within, with 10% of our people having been supported with external training in the last 12 months and 10% having moved roles internally in that time, either up through the levels of their existing role or into management or other areas of the business.
