Can be a lot to remember at first and a bit overwhelming but you get plenty of training. Small company so limited progression opportunities after promotions in current role

Hi there and thanks for taking the time to add your review. I'm glad to hear you enjoyed your time with us. In your team, no previous experience of the role is required so we provide comprehensive training in defined stages to ensure everyone can learn at their own pace. We have a programme that supports agents to progress within their role up to senior level and on to supervisor and team manager, if that's what they're aiming for. Although we're a relatively small team, we're proud of our track record of developing and promoting from within, with 10% of our people having been supported with external training in the last 12 months and 10% having moved roles internally in that time, either up through the levels of their existing role or into management or other areas of the business.
