A video game company with no vision, limited talent, cheap, with an egotistical CEO who knows nothing about games, changes key features on whims, and then blames others for every game's failure. Only work there if you can't get a job somewhere else, and get out before that ships sinks or your soul is devoured by all the incompetence around you.
