Great work environment, excellent subculture. Management is sharp and taking the company in a positive direction. It is nice to work in an industry where you feel you are having a positive impact on the world, and Go Solar also has an initiative in Uganda where they sell affordable portable solar devices to people who are currently using (unhealthy) kerosene. Something else to feel good about! This company is growing fast. Bottom line, I love my job and the people I work with. I get fulfillment from my work here.
