Really strong culture throughout. Team was really strong.

Didn’t really have any cons.

There’s definitely pros to working at GoCo. - Ability to work fully remote - Culture that colleagues create is great. - Your schedule is definitely flexible. - Unlimited PTO - Decent 401k - Great footing into the HRIS industry for learning. - CEO is very nice and does good to cast vision for the companies future and pioneering a pathway to that goal.

As for any company there are always cons. No company is perfect and neither is GoCo. -The salaries are below market average for the industry that they are in. - Performance reviews could use more adequate structuring to include solid pay increases. Majority of the time the increases are not significant enough to where you probably would rather just not have gotten the “increase” at all. - Health benefits are ok. Regarding Vision benefits you would think with being a computer heavy company there would be impeccable vision coverage for frames and lenses. There is not. Overall the cons drastically fall under the amount you are paid for the results that you provide. Completely up to you if entering this fast pace industry is worth a potential pay cut and lack of wage increase once entered in.
