The CEO attempts to micromanage the placement every widget, almost always in the middle of a sprint cycle, due to some last minute feature that he sold to a company. This invariably ends up culminating in product delays and serious bugs that are often difficult to resolve. The CTO yells at the team for being late to the 10:00 AM morning scrum, but is usually late himself. He berates team members on a weekly basis, usually when he faces pressure from the CEO. The development process is such that developers write rushed features with little or no unit testing; consequently, unit testing is assigned to junior developers, which breaks the intention of unit testing in the first place (testing functionality by writing passing tests against existing code is a logically fallacious). Over the course of 8 weeks, at least 8 employees left the company, out of 45 or so employees. Their departures were not coordinated.
