LogMeIn has a lot of great pros- 1. Senior management team that cares it’s employees- it’s shown not only through our policies, but also to how the managers react to our lives. We have Self Care Friday’s (entire company is closed the first Friday of the month), kids often pop into GoToMeeting web meetings- and are welcome, and fur babies are just as valued as human babies. 2. Great benefits- from unlimited vacation time, to volunteer hours, health/dental/vision insurance, 401k match, bonuses, and even COVID time off policy to help you care for yourself or your family 3. Really great people- everyone you work with is smart and willing to help each other out. We share ideas and challenge each other to grow. It is a supportive environment all around 4. Corporate culture- we are a remote centric company now- we do have offices to go into, but the company is focused on making LMI fun and enjoyable to work for while we sit around the globe. Just to name a few great things!
