      The people here are amazing. People care about each other. The benefits are really good! They really take care of their employees when it comes to PTO and health insurance. Every 1st Friday of the month the whole company has the day off for "self-care", it's amazing. The 401K is an incremental match though, so to get a 100% match you have to work there for 3 years, but every year the employer contribution that is available to you gets bigger.

      The company is disorganized and priorities are not clear as a result. It's a very sales-heavy organization.

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
