Work from home. Decent benefits was a good starting place. Was full of good people.

Pay was significantly lower than average but has become more reasonable after firing multiple teams with no warning, buys smaller companies and then fires 80 percent of employees. Many overlapping smaller companies. Weak culture and goals, low ceiling of pay, cultural hodge podge. Currently not a good starting job anymore. Outsourcing of 90% of the jobs, other 10 was only because of contracts.

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
