They gave us 18 annual leaves (standard annual leaves in indonesia was 12). They also considering our mental health by giving wellness allowance in every month up to 2.5mio. They also very generous when giving health insurance and glasses limit (better than most of company out there even for BUMN). Last they support work from anywhere which can help us to balancing work and life.

Unfortunatelly this company cannot survive in this startup battlefield and deciding to closed the operation. Wish i can find the good yet health working environment like this in the future.
