One of the most disappointing and misleading workplaces I have experienced. Many of the commitments made during the hiring process were never fulfilled after joining. The reality was completely different from what was presented during recruitment, making the entire experience feel misleading from the very beginning. The company lacks basic professional infrastructure. Employees are expected to bring their own laptops, internet connectivity is unreliable, facilities are inadequate, and there appears to be very little investment in employee welfare. Leadership visibility is minimal, communication is poor, and there is no clear direction for employees. The most concerning issue is employee safety. Female employees were expected to work night shifts without company-provided transportation or adequate security arrangements. The office is located in an isolated area, yet basic safeguards that many organizations consider standard were absent. It was difficult to understand how employee safety, particularly for women working late hours, was being addressed. Long working hours were expected, while many of the support systems, facilities, and workplace standards commonly found in professional organizations were missing. Basic amenities, workplace maintenance, and employee support appeared to be low priorities. My advice to anyone considering joining is to thoroughly verify all promises made during the interview process and obtain important commitments in writing before making a decision.
