Everything other than pros. Selfish management. Worst among the worst. No or very less increment. No promotion until you complete 3 years(possibly) no matter how good you work. Will terminate your contract if you hurt any of the manager's ego. Will notify you abt contract termination just 2 days before contract expiration. Doesn't care abt employee satisfaction or conditions of the employee. You are just a resource or slave. Will make you work till late and on holidays too. Forget abt having an off on Saturday or even Sunday for that matter. Lot of work pressure. Completing the projects within 2 days or max a week. No career growth. No respect for talent. Wont allow you to increse your knowledge. Very less salary at senior positions compared to company standards.
