Not the best company to work for. As others have said, long hours on very low pay. Directors on large bloated salaries. Constant pressure from directors to sell whatever naff conveyancing firm they currently have a deal with. Office staff really unprofessional, (swearing, sniggering at customers, sexism, racism) Everything is done on the cheap. Staff are constantly monitored, they know when you log in/log off, how long you spend on your PC. Did my 6 months then got out as quickly as possible.

Every day there is variety

At times there can be zero pressure as you are selling but if you are a bad market sometimes there is nothing you can do to get a sale over the line.
