Goalbook mission is to empower educators so that all students with different needs can benefit from education. I believe that everyone deserves equal opportunity to learn and learning should be a pleasure. Goalbook provides solutions to teachers and are very supportive in helping them to develop better skills. Their values align with mine and that’s why I worked at Goalbook. I was the operation/ office manager. I took care of the admin & finance work and I also did some sales. My favourite part of this role is that I have the autonomy to do things in my way. I love the flexible working schedule and the friendly environment at Goalbook. People are very considerate and respectful. They value relationships. At Goalbook, each of us will have a planning doc shared with our direct manager. It helps us to better organize our work and prioritize. I meet once a week with my direct manager for an hour to go through my work. Goalbook values personal growth as well as professional development. It's a great company to work for!
