Any time I have a question about something, I can easily find someone who is willing and excited to dive in to the topic with me. If you are self-motivated, it's a great place to work because you can frequently dictate your own career path and new learning opportunities.

      If you don't find your clique it is a little lonely. Onboarding was lacking- lack of education about brands you will be working on and who is who with the clients making it difficult to jump in with both feet.
