Always plenty of Croissants and Danish to take home, pay is above average for the industry.

Maintenance mechanics are idiots and have no clue how to take care of equipment. Some are just re-branded janitors without tools. The equipment is falling apart which means lots of foreign material in product and little support for Operations Management from the vice president and president. The company is in danger of sinking financially. Because the operation is running so poorly, work life balance is non-existent. The vice president of employee development is a nice guy, however he doesn't want to terminate any of the bad apples; no matter how long of a paper trail you document which prevents you from developing a great production team.
