      Almost everyone who works here is unhappy. Almost everyone is underpaid, and there are no bonuses or yearly reviews. Raises are very rare, and they are usually only acquired by threatening to quit or getting a job offer elsewhere. There is also a company culture of finger-pointing and complaining about people behind their backs

      - Too often the Client Service duties get in the way of the educational part - Lack of proper compensation ($20 a day is way too little for the amount of work we do sometimes)
