You don't have to do much work.

I personally believe that there are some good actors in the company, but I believe the Board of the company isn't willing to allow the company to grow. So in my opinion, this company is just a big paycheck for board members (however some of those members might care) I felt like their was a lot of sexism from the men, even though a female was on the board

- lot of nice people

- unclear goals - toxic cooperation with stake holders
