disappointing management - Recensione dipendente - Part-time Barista presso Good Neighbor

Was extended an official job offer here, happily cancelled the other interviews I had lined up, and then never heard anything back despite follow-up. Management didn’t even have the decency to apologize or even officially reject me. Last I heard, I just needed to wait to hear back about my start date. Other members of staff are also extremely rude, even to paying guests. It’s like they go out of their way to hire people who hate their customers.
