Like any organization, as we make the transition from small, tight-knight startup to mature company, we’re bound to run into a few bumps in the road. At Good&Co, it is our goal to learn from these bumps, and use them to grow as a company. We’ve been working hard to prioritize the success, happiness and growth of our employees, while continuing to improve on our hiring processes, communication and HR procedures. In recent months, this has included a restructuring of teams as well as staffing changes in several key roles, with the goal of improving agility, communication, and the overall success of our employees. Over the last few months, we’ve received positive feedback on these changes from several Good&Co employees and have encouraged them to share their feedback and personal experiences, if willing. To be clear, we have absolutely NOT pressured employees to write reviews, nor have we dictated the content of any of reviews that have been posted to our page. This explicitly goes against the ethos of our organization.
