If you're in, you're in; if not, well, you're not. -Their tech has been a problem from inception, and their management practices at that level leave a lot to be desired. -A 21st-century company with an "Office Space" mindset. -Micromanagement of tech professionals has had many sound engineers leave. Mismanagement of talent leaves a lot to be desired. -Everyone is micro-managed, with abysmal leadership from the top. -Those are not stock options; they are incentives; the CEO will never relinquish any part of his company.
