No communication between leadership and the employees. Communicated about about availability of funds for a good amount of time, in Jan-Feb 2023 they hired 10+ SDE1s who were laidoff from their previous company and 2 months later decided to shutdown and most of the leadership and higher management just moved to sister company leaving everyone else in the mud.
