Decent company - Recensione dipendente - Service Tech presso Goodfellow (NV)

Great machines. Management is easy to work for. Really does feel like a second family. Zack Jimmy and Blake are all stand out guys.

Pay isn’t that great unfortunately

- Direct managers work and help their teams

- Penny pinching company. They give their employees the bare minimum. - Upper management does not care at all about the employees. - Lots of odd hills that this company will die on (like work from home. You are not allowed to do so even when sick. You must use your PTO...this means there are a lot of sick people coming into the office) - Maturnity leave is egregious, I'm fairly positive this company hates women. - Talks about being family focused. They are not. - Talks a LOT about wanting change, but nobody is willing to do anything about it. Lots of long meetings discussing changes, but no action. Seriously, it's like pulling teeth trying to get movement on anything even "high priority" items. - The problem employees are untouchable and will never have correction meetings. I have seen many people quit due to certain untouchable employees.
