I’ve been with Goodman for years. During my first interview, I was told “the sky is the limit” in terms of growth opportunities. This simple phrase turned out to be true. I compare where I started with where I am today, and I am very satisfied. In addition, the company is currently in transition. The company is improving systems and processes, and most importantly, focusing on the employee and each person’s valuable contribution to the team.

It’s rewarding work and hard work. People succeed in this environment if they take ownership of their responsibilities and job. It is not the environment that lends itself to “skating by.”

There has been a lot of hiring (which is great) but I don't feel as connected to everyone. There are so many new faces I need to learn!
