In his company you will get a chance to work on good projects which are not on latest technology but if you have a hunger to learn then you can put your views and director will listen you. I have worked in this company for more than 1 year and got an opportunity to work on site with client. For that i am really thankful to Director , my project manager and senior developer who listen my voice and motivated me to create good logic's.

Main reason i left the company was politics and secondary reason which is not important even i can manage with that no support from junior developers when i was working with clients onsite, i have handled almost 2 projects in parallel with the help of director and project manager, when i ask for help from junior developer then they make some non sense excuses and put all work back on me. Now developers here look for onsite opportunity to earn more money instead of making project and future better.
