Goodshuffle's values are front and center of every decision the executive team makes, and they really walk the walk. The culture is truly feedback-centric, so you're always able to improve and hone your skills. The CX relationship with the product team is exceptional, and unlike anything I've experienced at other organizations. Everyone is a genuine team player and goes out of their way to help one another and the GSP customers.

Svantaggi

The team is small, so everyone works very hard and wears multiple hats - this isn't a con for most on the GSP team, but it's not for everyone.

- If you're not ready for an early stage start-up you're not going to be ready for this team. - There is an extremely strong collaborative environment so if you're someone who doesn't work well with a team (or, in this case, the whole team) this might not be the right fit. - SMBs are not for everyone. You really have to care about your customers to work here.
