Managers don't pull their weight, at the time I was employed there Goodwill didn't seem to think it was worth investing in employee safety, people use drugs in the fitting rooms and bathrooms, customers can be entitled, stores can be understaffed, subpar employees hired, managers pretend like they want to promote you and then never do, very emotionally taxing, the regional managers are terrible, employees are encouraged to overprice donations
