      Love this company and the concept, great teamwork environment

      It is still young and making some young mistakes. But, I see that changing in the next 1-3 years. Benefits are also not great, I was probably spoiled by my previous company though. No 401k yet.

      Relaxed, straight forward job that you can leave at the door.

      Very unorganized. Constantly staffed incorrectly. Little consideration from managers unless they like you (know that you're a hard worker and will take complete advantage of you).
