The work life balance was promised but never came. Support from DM is hard to find because they are over stretched just as you will be. Be prepared to walk in and hit the ground running. Also, be prepared to never stop running. The hours are crazy but thats not issue. I was not able to get more than 4 hours of sleep a day/night. Its part of the job yes...but pace yourself. Ease remember this is only my interpretation and experience of goPuff. I cannot speak to other GM's. Each area is different as each DM manages differently as well.
