Company Overview - Recensione dipendente - L&D Manager presso Gopuff

There's no structure. Each department functions as a single cell instead of as a whole. Still a start up company but wanting to delivery way too much at one time. The pace and teamwork is phenomenal in some departments and in others its a hot mess. Would not recommend as someone's first job or if they are not willing to put in hard work. They've also had 3 mass (500+ each) layoffs in the past 6 months.
