Freedom to work remotely and no micro managing

No organisation around training for new joiners, no welcoming behaviour from existing team and no effort to introduce each other. No assistance from anyone as you’re left to learn about the organisation yourself, which isn’t the way a business should operate. No organisation around staff equipment as it took more than two weeks to receive a laptop, which wasn’t set up at all. No organisation around objectives and KPI as there is very minimal communication between teams that work together. Few toxic team members that think they have untouchable statuses in the business. No idea on what working hours mean, no organisation around timelines, so pressure falls on team members laps last minute. I guess this gives freedom of working however if you’re someone who is organised thisnis not ideal at all because you may be working at 10pm.
