      Very competent engineers who are willing to help out where needed. My core team and org has been very pleasant to work with. Fellow engineers and frontline managers are very supportive. Chances to work with impressive Machine Learning, optimization, and vehicle routing tech. Excellent developer tooling within some orgs.

      Lack of trust and transparency with senior leadership. Fear of being directly blamed when something goes wrong. Confusing and unpredictable performance review outcomes. Cross-org planning and prioritization is difficult.

      Very unorganized. Constantly staffed incorrectly. Little consideration from managers unless they like you (know that you're a hard worker and will take complete advantage of you).
