      Good base compensation and coworkers

      Svantaggi

      Incompetent senior leadership which leads to 2-3 layoffs per year. 50-60 hour work weeks at least with constant changing direction. Way worse than other startups. Stocks are basically worthless at this point. Bonuses are always below target level and by quite some bit.

      Very unorganized. Constantly staffed incorrectly. Little consideration from managers unless they like you (know that you're a hard worker and will take complete advantage of you).
