Vantaggi

Shorter work hours than other jobs. 9-4:30 but the days feel like eternity.

Svantaggi

This is an example of a company with ridiculous abuses in nepotism. They family can get away with harassing, insulting and mocking their employees. It all starts before you are hired, they give you a low ball offer which they won't budge from and they make promises of greatness. "Yes, we will train you. We will give you a raise in a few months. We won't increase your healthcare contribution without notice." Then from there things go down hill. The place isn't high stress or face paced as much as it is a chaotic mad house. Everyone wears multiple hats. Training is non existent and their rotation or employees is very high. There is more finger pointing than problem solving.

Vantaggi

Working remotely is the only advantage

Svantaggi

Working at this company was an exhausting experience. The leadership style feels erratic and inconsistent, creating a stressful environment where employees never know what to expect. Benefits are far below industry standards, and nothing about the compensation package makes dealing with the daily dysfunction worthwhile. The turnover is alarming. Instead of supporting and developing existing staff, management seems to cycle people out constantly, which leaves everyone on edge and creates a revolving-door atmosphere. No matter how hard you work, it often feels like it’s never enough, and the lack of stability can wear you down quickly. If you value a healthy work environment, predictable expectations, or long-term career growth, you may want to look elsewhere.
