- Store management in Aspen stores is excellent - Vast majority of customers are lovely - Beautiful and interesting products - Great perks (demos, cafe, ski friendly schedules, discounts) - Stable pay with no commission (pro for the year-round folk) - Truly wonderful and supportive culture at the store level

- Very little PTO and expensive insurance - Revolving door in HR with a new rep starting every 6-8 months - Ops and upper management reluctant to promote from within - Unprofessional and aggressive communication by the owner
