      The mission is amazing. The desire to help those in need is awesome. Being able to combine faith and work is awesome.

      Higher level management is disengaged from the rest. They many times do not hear those with boots on the ground. Only those in the in-crowd move up the ranks regardless of work ethic, education, experience, or successful evaluations. In the last few years most of the leadership team has left or has been fired.

      Being a part of a ministry that does really help people. The clients have their moments but for the most part they are a joy to work with and see grow.

      Poor communication across departments. No loyalty to employees who have been there for years. Understaffed and not a lot of training or guidance offered. Pay is not great.
