The work atmosphere is super positive and friendly—everyone gets along and there’s a real sense of teamwork. Everyone is willing to help each other out and work together to get things done. Management is really great about listening to feedback and making changes when needed. They're also great about providing support without micromanaging. The company is growing fast, and with that there are definitely opportunities to learn new skills and advance. Management does stay mindful of our workload though and takes steps to make sure that it doesn't get overwhelming.

Honestly, it's hard to find any real downsides. Management is super supportive and really listens, so when something is wrong it gets addressed.
