I had a really hard time coming up with pros apart from the basics. There are a lot of things to resolve over time for this company. The director in my department was just bad. Very short, aggressive, and quick to point fingers, but also not that competent apart from their fast talking and overuse of buzzwords. Micromanagement and toxic corporate culture is also another massive issue. How can we ever get work done if we're getting pinged every ten minutes by our manager or if we're constantly being scheduled meetings even if we have nothing to cover? Benefits also suck and growth opportunities are non-existent. Job titles are not accurately aligned with the functions of the roles. Another thing to note before you consider working here is that this is a FEDERAL consulting firm, so understand that it likely going to be struggling for some time.
