- Modern product that is built to solve a problem that we all understand and felt at some point in our lives - Very talented and highly motivated team - I collaborate with many team members in various projects and feel incredibly supported at all times! Collaboration is amazing across the entire team - Approachable leadership who regularly provides clear communication about plans/roadmaps. Leadership also is open to feedback, requesting it from the team - Very strong focus on making clients happy with empathy, care and human connection - client satisfaction is king in GovWell and that is achieved by genuinely caring about their needs! - Become part of an exciting company in its early stages and contribute to it's growth!
