Govplace is a great place to work. The culture is fairly diverse, the people are smart, and is somewhat of a work hard/play hard organization. The company is small (around 80 people or so), but there is room to grow and management is generally open to understanding the needs and career goals of their team members. As with most organizations in the field, it's a fast paced environment but work/life balance is respected and acknowledged.
There have been some significant contracts won which have put them in a good position to grow the company and brand in the industry. Most people have several + years of experience, however if you're looking for a company to grow and learn with, Govplace is definitely the place to do it.
