      Low Human Resource investment. they dont let to take own critical decissions which make managment slower and uneffective. Uncomplete promisses and weak bonds with their people.

      My coworkers and immediate superiors were great people very smart and with great attitude and work ethic. Our direct management stuff also knew how to create actual profit for the company.

      The company was mainly driven by the marketing department who had no idea on how to build compelling software products but still tried to force their decisions on features, ux and ui design on the mobile development department where we had 3 people with great experience on mobile ux and design who's opinions were completely ignored.
