* Terrible work/life balance, depending on the project that you're assigned to. They can make you work on weekends, and you can either agree or quit. * Have you ever heard of toxic positivity? Well, grability perfectly fits in that concept. If you're not willing to work til midnight, work on weekends and work on extremely tight deadlines without any financial motivation, then you're not a grabber. * They offer some benefits. But they will stay as an offer, because you will never get them in reality.
