No work life balance, completely unreasonable expectations, means spirited management. Everything is disorganized and there is no long term planning or strategy, only reactive last minute band aids. Simply put. Do not work here. At time passes, you'll regret it. The only reason why most people stay is because they need the money. Otherwise, they are bitter and unsatisfied.

Specifically, there is a lack of trust regarding workload management, rather than addressing systemic bottlenecks or unrealistic timelines, management often defaults to granular oversight of hours, yet simultaneously scrutinizes the team for the amount of time recorded. This creates a high-pressure culture that leads to burnout and diminishes morale.
