Pay cuts have been frequent, they have a base rate then additional pay for different units or incentives that make it appear like Grady has a high pay scale. However, those rates have frequently been cut. I have lost $5 an hour since working here, and other bonuses or incentives have been sharply slashed as well. Upper management can be verbally abusive, and they are bold with it as well.

City with a lot of trauma and sick people, great place to get experience. Prehospital blood program. Looks great on a resume.

Svantaggi

Lagging compared to scope of the rest of the country. Won’t pay for training outside of scheduled work hours. Very little to no hands on training outside of new hire or those selected to ride QRV or other promoted positions. Poor and inconsistent communication from leadership about roll outs or other events. Current leadership is more focused on meeting numbers than creating a good culture at work.
