      Small sized company so everybody knows who you are. Relaxed environment and some great colleagues. The office space is also nice.

      The management there is very poor and will happily sack you without little notice over the weekend by a phone call which is very unprofessional and no meeting or concerns were raised prior. The reason for sacking was also non work related and was not based performance so watch out and be vigilant.

      Great CEO, my colleagues are a lot of fun to work with. We work hard and get rewarded very well not just financially but also other incentives personalised to each person. Moved over last year because I had started to hate my job, I now wake up looking forward to work.

      Just moved office, will probably grow too fast and need to move again in 12 months.
