Decent people at the production level, with a lot of time off. Extremely safety conscious atmosphere.
Svantaggi
The plant's upper management has as little contact with production people as possible, sometimes deliberately avoiding them. As mentioned in the title line, fairness is almost totally lacking; i.e., one person in the quality dept. can pick & choose their own hrs, in effect having flex time, but no others in the quality or any other dept can do this without being punished with getting "points" or other punitive measures. This blatant favoritism is witnessed by the entire plant, causing deep resentment against those responsible.
