Their "advertising agency" side is a joke. People who have actually worked at a real ad agency don't stay long because they realize this quickly. Don't expect to be rewarded for hard work here. Also, I should have ran for the hills after my first interview when I was laughed at for asking if they had a system for training new employees. They didn't have any sort of training at that time or system for reviewing performance.
